9/11

The events of September 11th, 2001 have effected everyone and changed the world in which we live. The members of New Cumberland Fire Department would like to express our condolences to all those families whose loved ones were taken on that horrible day.

Since 9/11, New Cumberland Fire Department has increased training as it relates to large

scale incidents like terrorism. Our members have taken classes in Basic Terrorism, and

Mass Casualty to name just a few. And more are on the way. Rest assured, that the

New Cumberland Fire Department is ready to respond to any emergency incident, no matter how small or large.

Finally, we would like to thank all the citizens who contributed towards our boot drive

held last year to benefit the fallen emergency workers. With your generous help, we raised nearly $10,000.00 in a matter of 8 hours.
