AUXILIARY OF THE NEW CUMBERLAND FIRE DEPARTMENT

RULES FOR THE USE OF THE KITCHEN

1. The Tenants may use the following items:

A.     Refrigerator

B.     Stove, excluding the grill

C.     Pots and Pans that are stored under and above the stainless steel table and utensils in the drawers

D.     Freezer – only with prior notice so that it can be unlocked

E.      Can opener on the counter

F.      Ice in the Ice machine.  Due to sanitary regulations, only the ice scoop provided on top of the ice machine may be used to remove ice.

G.     Coffee Maker – excluding the Bunn Commercial Unit

H.     Water and Coffee Pitchers

I.        Sugar servers, salt and pepper shakers that are stored on the shelves under the window

2. The Tenants may not use the following:

A.     Any paper products stored in the kitchen

B.     Bunn Commercial Coffee Maker

C.     Dishwasher

D.     Steam Tables

E.      Deep Fryer

F.      Mixer and Accessories

G.     Dishes, cups and glasses

H.     Meat Slicer

I.        Chafing dishes and sterno

J.       Cloth table linens and table skirts

3. The Tenant is expected to supply the following items:

A.     Table Covers

B.     Any silverware not included in #1 above

C.     Paper supplies and paper products

D.     Dish Cloths

E.      Dish Towels
